For over two decades, we’ve been studying the mysteries of sleep, dreams and dream-related disorders.
Our research focuses on the scientific study of dreams - including everyday dreams, nightmares and lucid dreams - as well as on sleep terrors and sleepwalking.
Did You Know?
In 1867, Hervey de Saint Denys published Les Rêves et les Moyens de les Diriger (Dreams and How to Guide Them). In it, he wrote that “sleep without dreams cannot exist, just as wake without mentation does not exist.” Recent theoretical and empirical work suggests he was right.
